Review of Individual Differences through Ability-based Emotional Intelligence: An Examination of Resistance to Change

چکیده

This study investigates the sequential mediating effects of individual conflict on change and emotional intelligence between age work outcomes, explained through ability-based model expressive intellect. In light increasingly diverse workforce, it is interestingly important to investigate differences in context organisational change. Thus, also aims measure association alteration, considering length service as moderating variable. The collected data from 413 respondents working telecom sector Punjab, Pakistan. SmartPLS (v 3.2.7) was employed measurement structural model. findings revealed that resistance sequentially mediate results. Work generates effect with study's limitations included a cross-sectional design, which prevents us concluding causality. makes significant theoretical practical contributions management.
